NWCT offers one-of-a-kind birthday parties for children of all ages. Celebrate with friends in a private party room, then see a great show!
NWCT Birthday Party Packages Include:
- Private party room rental for one hour before the show
- Show tickets for every party guest (adult and youth)
- An autographed show poster for the birthday child
- Birthday crown or tiara
- Gourmet cupcakes from Saint Cupcake (one per party guest)
- Complimentary sparkling cider
- Balloon bouquet (plus one per party guest)
- Plates, cups, utensils, napkins and candles
- Special mention from the stage before the show
Pricing
Party packages start at $350 (ten guests, adults or youth) and includes everything listed above. Additional guest may be added for $25 each.No outside food or drink is allowed in party rooms. Extra time in the party room is based on availability, and subject to an additional fee.
Booking
Birthday party reservations must be made a minimum of one month before requested date. All party reservations and tickets to the show are based on availability. Due to popularity, NWCT recommends early booking of all birthday parties. NWCT birthday parties are only booked during the run of an NWCT Mainstage production. Payment
Birthday party reservations require a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total party package at the time of reservation. Final guest counts and the remaining balance are due two weeks prior to party date. Show tickets for guests added after the initial reservation are subject to availability and it may not be possible to seat additional guests with the rest of the party. NWCT is unable to hold any birthday party reservations without a deposit.
