Looking Glass Reception Hall:
If you're looking to celebrate large, our Looking Glass Hall will be a perfect birthday venue fit. With space for up to 84 seated (150 standing) this birthday rental space can hold everything from children's games to entertainment to a beautiful dessert table or buffet.
This rental space includes an acoustic piano for any musical acts that your birthday may include and with plenty of round tables, rectangular tables, and chairs included in the package, you won't have to worry about renting additional tables and seats for your guests.
Looking Glass Hall has a small stage and a kitchenette with sink and refrigerator so that clean up is hassle free. An adjacent loading zone means you can get your supplies inside quick and easy and then back out after your party.
If you are interested in having your birthday party catered, the hallway leading up to the Looking Glass is perfect for long tables and food. The room is fully customizable to your vision of your child's celebration.
Storybook Theater:
The Storybook Theater is where imagination comes alive. If your child loves Robin Hood or camping or just the idea of an outside party where there is no chance of Oregon rain, you won't want to miss a chance to celebrate this birthday in the wonderful Storybook Theater. At 1400 square feet, the Storybook Theater is our premiere room for children's events. On one side of the room lives a stage and on the other a wall painted with a magical forest scene. A piano is available should you want music and there is enough space to hold 30 playing children.
Renaissance Room:
The Renaissance Room is a light and airy location for your child's next birthday party. This 825 square-foot venue is fully customizable and perfect for about 25 seated or 50 standing guests. This room has hosted the cast parties for Northwest Children’s Theater for many years and has been successfully transformed into everything from a Cinco de Mayo fiesta to a Busytown party. Imagine the creativity you can bring to your child's next birthday party with such a starting space. The Renaissance Room and Stoybook Theater spaces also serve as locations for our unique NWCT Birthday Party Packages.
