How do I buy tickets?
You can buy tickets online 24 hours a day by clicking here or during regular business hours (listed below) by calling the Box Office at 503-222-4480.
How do I register for a class or camp? Does my student have to audition?
There is no audition required to sign up for NWCT classes and camps. Auditions are only required at NWCT for Mainstage and Second Stage casting. Click here to see the current class schedule. For assistance on which class or camp to select, call our offices at 503-222-2190 and our staff will be happy to help you find the right fit for your student.
Where are you located?
We are located at 1819 NW Everett Street, Portland, Oregon between NW 18th and 19th Streets in the historic Nob Hill Neighborhood. Our building is called the Northwest Neighborhood Cultural Center.
What are your hours of operation?
NWCT is typically open Monday-Saturday 9-6 and Sunday 12-6, with extended hours during show times. NWCT is closed in observance of New Year’s Day, Independence Day (July 4), Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.
What are your show times?

How much are single tickets for public performances?
Adults: $22
Children (Ages 3-14): $18

How much are school matinee tickets?
Pricing ranges from $5-7 for each student, teacher and chaperone, depending on size of group. Special rates are available for qualifying schools.
I lost my ticket! Am I out of luck?
Certainly not! You can reprint your ticket by logging on to our ticketing page. If you need further help, just call the Box Office at 503-222-4480 and someone will be happy to help you.
Do you offer door sales or day-of-show sales at the Box Office?
We do! You can buy tickets online 24 hours a day, or in person at our Box Office NWCT during business hours. All ticket sales are based on availability.
How do I redeem gift certificates, complimentary tickets or discount offers?
All special offers and certificates must be handled through the Box Office directly by calling 503-222-4480.
Can I exchange my tickets for another performance of the same show?
Yes. NWCT offers free ticket exchanges, subject to availability. For assistance, call the Box Office at 503-222-4480.
Are there assigned seats at NWCT shows?
Yes. All NWCT seats for Mainstage productions are assigned and must be reserved in advance. Second Stage and student performances are usually general admission.
Can I bring children younger than three to a show? What about lap-sitters?
We do not encourage attendance of children younger than three at our Mainstage shows. Every member of your party must have a ticket. Our Mainstage page offers age recommendations for each show.
What if I’m late for the show? Can I still be seated?
Our Audience Services Manager will do her best to seat you if you arrive after the show has begun. Depending how far the show has progressed and other factors, like actors in the aisles and where your seat is located, you may be asked to take a seat in the back of the house until intermission. We recommend all patrons plan to arrive at NWCT a half-hour before show time. Click here for help planning your visit to NWCT.
