Based in the heart of NW Portland, our historic reception hall comfortably accommodates up to 84 people for a seated dinner, and our venue amenities (including tables and chairs at no added costs) will make the event easy to host and completely memorable for your guests. Our event site is OLCC friendly, and we won’t tie you to any particular vendors. With NWNCC you can spend your energy on planning an unforgettable reunion without worrying that your details fit within our vendor guidelines.

Tables and Chairs:
Take an additional vendor off your list and save money. We've got you covered. Looking Glass Hall is a reunion location that includes up to 12 round tables (which can hold up to 6 people each), 10 rectangular tables, and 84 chairs. You will have plenty of tables and chairs for registering attendees, displaying photos and enjoying a wonderful sit down lunch or dinner. You provide direction about the layout and we make sure it is ready to go when you arrive. You’ll be able to walk in and begin decorating hassle free.
Kitchenette:
This reunion venue comes with a kitchenette that includes standard sized refrigerator and sink. Use this space for a wet bar or to hold bar (or food) items that need to stay cold. The sink is a great resource for easy clean up. If you’re looking to save money, bring your own potluck dishes and use the kitchenette as a food staging area.
Stage and Sound System:
A small stage sits at one end of the Looking Glass Hall and is a natural place to set up your DJ or band or to toast your guests. Your rental includes a Bose sound system with a single microphone and iPod or Laptop computer-compatible inline for sharing your wedding music playlist. A digital projector and screen are also included, subject to availability.
Children's Play Area: (as available and may include additional costs.)
If your Portland reunion has children, they won't want to miss the Storybook Theater. With 1400 square feet of pure imagination, Storybook Theater is our premiere venue for children's events. This rental space has a small stage and a wall painted with a magical forest scene and is just adjacent to where all of your reunion activities will be happening in Looking Glass Hall. Piano available. Capacity: 60 standing, 30 playing.
Great Neighborhood
Looking Glass Hall and NWNCC is situated in the heart of Northwest Portland, which makes it a fantastic location for guests. Surrounded by great shopping and delicious Portland restaurants, your guests will have plenty to keep them entertained between reunion events. If your party winds into the late evening there are dozens of bars just a few blocks away. Portland’s streetcar and Max transit lines are within easy walking distance, so you can be assured that your guests will get home safe. Out of town guests will find hotels and bed and breakfasts within a few minutes of NWNCC and there are three hostels only one block away from the site. If you’re looking to plan a whole weekend, an event at NWNCC can come after a day of sightseeing, shopping, dining, and even a Timber’s Game in the adjacent Jeld-Wen field.
